What it is

A single hub over every HTML artifact in /home/claude/projects/astrarad that is not part of the shipped marketing site. Before this page existed, all 22 were reachable only as file paths on the server, so a decision made in a picker three weeks ago was effectively unfindable.

Scenario. A contractor joins to extend the proposal system for a third prospect. They ask why the proposal pages use a marginalia rail instead of a normal two-column layout. Without this index, the answer lives in a 3.1MB picker file nobody knows the name of. With it, they open the hub, land on Proposal Design Picker, read that Ledger beat Monograph and Chartered on print craft, click through to Direction A, and see the rail decision rendered. Two minutes instead of an interrupted afternoon.

Design pickers

7 pickers · 14 candidate files · mockups/

Each picker is the click-to-select board the founder chose from. The candidate files under it are the full-page renders the picker embeds, openable on their own when a picker is too heavy to scroll.

The Studio tab in the admin turned from one expandable table row per article into a short queue of decisions in the founder's words: a stage rail (Needs you, Ideas, Writing, In review inbox, Live, Archive) with one primary action per article, an Ideas stage that counts a cluster of phrasings as one row and puts the daily cap of three in the button, and an article page with Read, Images, Send and Posts for each platform. Four modules, three variants each, every title, keyword, number and warning sentence read from the six real articles started on 2026-09-06 and from Prism's list that day. Desktop frames at 1440 wide.

One control in the admin content calendar that places the deliveries waiting in the review inbox onto the next open Tue/Thu days, under a spacing strategy you choose. A planner, not a promoter: it stages placements into the pending-changes tray the calendar already has, and nothing touches disk until Apply. Three modules, three variants each: where the affordance lives and what it says when nothing is waiting, the 280px rail turned into a plan view with spacing, start date, order and a gates checkbox, and how a staged placement renders on the September 2026 grid alongside the all-red triage state. The five waiting deliveries, their word counts and their gate lines were measured off disk on 2026-08-29.

A calendar view inside the admin Content panel: the queue as days instead of rows. Built the day the founder opened Tue/Thu as free slots for promoted BabyLoveGrowth deliveries and news-pegged pieces. Three modules, three variants each: the month grid and its day-cell anatomy, drag-reschedule with a pending-moves tray and gate refusals, and the Promote modal with a publish date. Every article, date, slug and link relationship in the frames is read from the real content tree.

Marking a lead as spam so it stops reaching Slack, the ops inbox and the submitter's receipt, and moves out of the working list without ever being deleted. Three modules, three variants each: making the block, reviewing what was blocked, and the rules you have made. Built after four "Robertham" bot submissions arrived in three minutes on 15 August. The backend is merged and tested; these choices are only about the screens.

One proposal, three ways to set it on paper. Judged on brand fidelity, print craft and buyer persuasion. Direction A, the Ledger system, won and is now proposal.css behind both live prospect PDFs.

One homepage, three ways to feel it: hero, three-step pipeline, modality coverage, trust commitments, director testimonials, closing CTA. Written while the working brand was still HelixRad, so the copy carries the old name.

Name candidates scored on how field-native they sound to a reading room versus how plainly they read to a referrer, filtered by what was actually available. Superseded by the AstraRad decision and the astrarad.com registration.

SEO and measurement

The baseline and post-fix audits are a matched pair: same pages, same categories, run either side of the 31 July in-page SEO work.

Workflow board

1 file · project root

The project rule is one workflow file for the whole project, with each feature adding a session block of plan, acceptance checklist, tests and feedback rounds.

Session F1, Phase 1 Marketing Website: plan, acceptance checklist and verification results. The only session block written so far, so the SEO and proposal work of late July is not yet represented here.

Single-prospect Letter documents on the Ledger system, separate pricing from the kit. Quinn Functional Health (Seguin TX, cash-pay functional medicine) and New Creation Imaging (FL, keepsake studio moving into diagnostic obstetrics). Both also render to PDF. They name real prospects, so they are no longer published: read them in the admin console, which needs an admin or sales sign-in.
